1总则
1.0.1为进一步降低建筑能耗，提高民用建筑节能门窗（以下简称门窗）的应用质量，保证安全性能、物理性能及使用功能，制定本标准。
1.0.2本标准适用于京津冀三地新建、改建、扩建门窗工程的设计、安装和质量验收。
1.0.3门窗的设计、安装施工及质量验收除应符合本标准规定外，尚应符合国家及地方现行有关标准的规定。
