长春工业大学毕业设计说明书
摘要
随着现代化机械制造业的发展,组合机床成为现代制造业的发展支柱。本次设计主要是根据组合机床所使用的通用部件特定功能,按标准化,系统化,通用化设计。着重对本次设计工作的工序图,加工示意图,总联系尺寸图,生产率计算卡,以及工件的多轴箱。多轴箱的内部结构分析,最终设计出最优传动方案。本次设计是根据组合机床的发展模式和它现今制造业中的应用,对工件进行多刀、多刀、多刀位同时加工而设计。体现出组合机床高效率、经济性等特点,利用组合机床多采用通用部件的原则,减少设计周期,充分组合机床的时效性,从而达到组合机床结构稳定,工作可靠,对工人的技术要求不高,使用和维修方便。

Abstract
Nowadays,withthedevelopmentofthemechanisticmanufacturing,thecombinemachineshavebecomethestanchionofmodernmanufacturing.Thisdesignismainlyaccordingtotheparticularfunctionofthegeneral-purposecomponentsusedbycombine-machines,carryingoutthedesignsofstandardize,systematize,generalize.Meanwhile,therelativedimensiondrawingandthemodelingofcomponents.Finally,designoutthebestwayofclipfastening.Meantime,thisdesignalsoaccordingtothedevelopprocessofthecombine-machinesappliedinthemodernmanufacturing,adoptingmoretools,moreaxlesandmanufacturingtogethertodesignit.Itembodythehigh-efficiency,economize,etc.Inadvantageoftheprincipleofmoreusingthegeneral-purposecomponentsofthecombine-machines,increasingthetimeofthedesigning,embodyingthetimeefficiencyofthemachine.So,themachine
becomestructurestably,theworkingreliability,thelowtechnologytotheworkerandmaintenanceconweniently.
