1总则
1.0.1为规范市政排水设施有限空间作业，预防和减少事故发生，保障设施运行维护作业安全，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于河北省城镇既有市政排水设施有限空间内进行的作业。
1.0.3市政排水设施有限空间作业操作除符合本规程的规定外，尚应符合国家及河北省现行有关标准的规定。

2术语
2.0.1市政排水设施municipaldrainagefacilities
市政工程中的雨水管道、污水管道、合流管道、排水河道、具有排水功能的沟渠、泵站、污水处理厂、污泥处理处置设施、污水再生利用设施、雨水调蓄和排放设施等及其相关附属设施。
