1总则
1.0.1为规范钢丝网架复合保温板的应用，保证工程质量，做到技术先进、安全可靠，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于采用钢丝网架复合保温板，以现浇混凝土为基层的民用建筑外墙外保温工程的设计、施工和验收。
1.0.3钢丝网架复合保温板的应用，除应符合本规程的规定外，尚应符合国家和河北省现行有关标准的规定。

2术语
2.0.1钢丝网架复合保温板steelwirenetframecompositeinsulationpanels
经工厂化预制生产，由单面钢丝网架、保温板(保温板可选用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板、挤塑石墨聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板)及外侧轻质混凝土保护层构成的板状制品。
钢丝网架复合保温板分为I型和Ⅱ型。
I型钢丝网架复合保温板网片中钢丝和斜插腹丝均为镀锌低碳钢丝；
I型钢丝网架复合保温板网片中钢丝为镀锌低碳钢丝，斜插腹丝为不锈钢丝。
