Abstract

Basedontheprocessdesignof136,000tonsofsodaashperyearbyammonia-alkalimethod,thispaperconductsin-depthresearchontheprocessdesign.Firstly,throughtheanalysisandcomparisonoftheammonia-alkaliprocess,theprocessdesignschemesuitableforanannualoutputof136,000tonsofsodaashwasdetermined.Secondly,thespecificstepsandoperationproceduresoftheprocessdesignareintroducedindetail,includingrawmaterialpreparation,reactordesign,evaporationcrystallizationsystemandproducttreatment.Intheselectionofprocessparameters,reasonableoptimizationandadjustmenthavebeencarriedoutaccordingtothespecificrequirementsofanannualoutputof136,000tonsofsodaashtoensurethestableandefficientoperationoftheprocess.Inaddition,experimentalverificationandsimulationwerecarriedoutforthekeylinksofprocessdesign,whichverifiedthefeasibilityandsuperiorityofprocessdesign.Finally,throughtheeconomicanalysisandenvironmentalimpactassessmentoftheprocessdesign,thesignificantadvantagesoftheprocessdesignintermsofeconomicbenefitsandenvironmentalprotectionareproved.Therefore,thisstudyprovidesreliabletheoreticalsupportandpracticalapplicationvaluefortheprocessdesignofammonia-alkalimethodwithanannualoutputof136,000tonsofsodaash,andhascertaininnovationandpopularizationsignificance.
