1.ThePowerLiftgateSystemautomaticallyopensandcloses,avoidmanuallyopeningorclosingthe
liftgate.ThistypeofoperationcandamagethepowerPowerLiftgateSystem.
2.DonotdisassembleorremovethePowerLiftgateSystemfromyourvehicle.
3.Toavoidinjurywhenoperating,ensurenoobjectsorpersonsareinthewayofPowerLiftgateSystem.

1.FactoryRemoteControl
Useyourvehiclesfactoryremote/fobtoopenandclosethePowerLiftgate:
PressandHoldTrunkButton=LiftgateOpen/Close
2.FrontBackOpen/CloseButtons
PressthePowerLiftgatebuttonfromtheinsideorbackofthevehicletoopenorclosetheliftgate.
Pleasemakesuretheliftgateisfullyopen/closedbeforeuse.
3.HeightAdjustment
CAUTION:Ifyoufeelresistancewhenmanuallyadjustingliftgate,donotpushfurther.
Withtheliftgateopen,manuallyadjusttothepreferredheight.Onceadjusted,presstheINSIDE
buttonfor3SECONDS,untilyouhearthesystembeepTWICEandthenreleasethebutton.Cycle
thePowerLiftgateSystemtoverifyheightadjustment.
