中国油气储运行业发展历程及展望

摘要：随着社会经济的不断发展，中国油气储运行业规模逐年扩大，技术及管理水平持续提升。回
溯了国内外油气管道行业的发展历史，总结了目前中国油气储运行业在易凝高黏原油输送、油气管
网集中调控、材料与装备国产化、管道工程建设及运行管理方面的诸多技术成就。分析了当前全球
能源革命和科技革命所带来的能源消费结构及相关技术的发展变化，剖析了这些变化对油气储运行
业产生的深刻影响和巨大挑战。针对油气储运行业当前面临的设施安全、系统可靠性及大数据应用
等问题进行了科学分析，指出了未来的发展方向。（图7，表1，参20）
