AnimalRightsThoughpetownership(catsanddogs,mostly)iscommoninCanada,itisnotaright,andpetownerareoftendiscriminatedagainstthelaw.Manypublicbuildings,includingapartments,forbidanimalsandinmanypartsofthecountryaretypesandbreedsofanimalsyouareallowedtoownislimitedbylaw.Thephysicalabuseofanimalsremainsacrime,however.
