摘要
在当前饮用水水源水屑恶化且在长期内仍难以根本改善的状况下,饮用水安全成为至今我国水处理研究者亟需解决的关键问题,如何将PLC控制技术运用于水源处理中具有重要的意义。
本设计利用西门子PLC进行饮用水的控制处理,硬件系统包括水位值传感器,蜂鸣器,用电调节模块、水泵控制模块等,软件上进行自动控制系统的I/O分配和PLC选型,编写了PLC程序梯形图和接线图,实现了以下功能:
(1)用水监测模块实时监测进水量,显示,并发送上位机;
(2)用水监测模块监测进水量、蓄水量异常,自动按需切断不同数量水泵,发送上位机警告信息,提醒管理员处理;
(3)用电监测模块实时监测用电设备功耗状况,显示,并发送上位机;
(4)用电监测模块监测用电设备异常,自动切断供电电路,发送上位机警告信息,提醒管理员处理;
(5)供水和供电功能可接收上位机人工控制;
最后利用软件组态了人机界面,使用MPI通信协议实现了PLC与触摸屏的通信连接。仿真结果表明,采用PLC作为控制系统可增加系统的方便性与可靠性,检修维护方便快捷,增进了系统的先进性。

Abstract
