绿色贸易壁垒影响下

浙江省农产品出口问题研究

摘要：随着经济全球化以及一体化的不断深入，各国为保护国内相关产业，推行新贸易保护主义，纷纷开始对进口产品进行限制，提高进口产品进入门槛，并以“绿色贸易壁垒”为手段对他国进行制裁，浙江省农业作为传统产业之一，具有明显的资源优势以及价格优势，故而在国民经济中具有较重要的地位，但是近年来在贸易壁垒的作用下，农业出口受到的限制越来愈多，故而本文以浙江省农业出口为研究对象，探析对色壁垒的影响。文章首先对绿色贸易壁垒下浙江农业出口的现状进行了概述，其次分析了绿色贸易壁垒对浙江农业的影响，再次对绿色贸易壁垒下浙江农业出口面临的主要问题进行了论述，最后针对这些问题从企业角度及政府角度提出了相应的解决策略。以期通过本文的研究降低绿色贸易壁垒对浙江农业出口的不利影响，促进浙江省农业的出口。

Abstract：Withtheglobalizationoftheeconomyandthedeepeningofintegration,countrieshavebeguntorestricttheimportofproductstoprotectdomesticrelatedindustriesandpromotenewtradeprotectionism,andtoraisethethresholdforentryofimportedproducts,andtouseothercountriesasameansof“greentradebarriers”.Asaresultofsanctions,Zhejiangagriculture,asoneofthetraditionalindustries,hasobviousresourceadvantagesandpriceadvantages,soithasamoreimportantpositioninthenationaleconomy.However,inrecentyears,undertheinfluenceoftradebarriers,agriculturalexportshavebeenincreasinglyrestricted.Therefore,thispapertakestheagriculturalexportofZhejiangProvinceastheresearchobjectandanalyzestheinfluenceonthecolorbarrier.ThearticlefirstlysummarizesthecurrentsituationofZhejiangagriculturalexportsunderthegreentradebarriers,andthenanalyzestheimpactofgreentradebarriersonZhejiangagriculture,andonceagaindiscussesthemainproblemsfacedbyZhejiangagriculturalexportsunderthegreentradebarriers,andfinallyaddressestheseissues.Thecorrespondingsolutionstrategyisproposedfromtheperspectiveofthecompanyandthegovernment.InordertoreducetheadverseimpactofgreentradebarriersonZhejiangsagriculturalexportsandpromotetheexportofZhejiangsagriculturethroughthestudyofthispaper.
