1、工程概况

1、1结构概况

金晖嘉园四期公建由北京金悦鑫房地产开发有限公司开发,北京东海富京国际建筑设计有限公司设计。位于海淀区西直门外小村33#,框架结构,总建筑面积51598m2。地上34998m2,地下16960m2,人防4896m2。地下三层,地上十一层,负一层为社区服务中心,负二层为车库,负三层为人防车库。地上部分南北两端为十一层写字楼,中间为七层写字楼。

1、2、1给排水安装工程

给排水安装工程包括:生活给水系统、热水系统、中水给水系统、消火栓系统、自动喷洒系统、污废水排水系统,雨水排水系统和卫生洁具安装。

1、2、1、1生活给水系统

本工程生活给水分区供给,分为低区及高区二个部分。地下三层至地上四层为低区供水系统,五层至十一层为高区供水系统。

低区给水系统水源由市政管网直接提供,由管径DN100热镀锌钢管双管引入,分由立管G1L-1~G1L-9、G1L-6'及GL-C供低区各用水。

高区供水水源由市政管网经二路DN100引入地下三层生活水池(18M3),通过三组变频调整泵(二用一备)加压后分由立管GL-1~GL-5送到高区各用水点。生活水池水位及变频调速泵得启停均实行自动控制。

低区、高区给水方式均为下供上行式。给水管管材采用热镀锌钢管,丝扣或法兰连接。
