浅议创业企业的财务风险
摘要：伴随着市场经济的发展以及就业形势的变化，近年来，有许多刚刚毕
业的年轻人、海归人士都投入了创业的浪潮中。新三板的出台，让很多人都看到
了创业的发展前景，都希望自己是下一匹黑马。但是随着一批又一批人的退出，
许多人认识到了这个残酷的现实：创业是存在很大风险的。我国创业企业普遍存
续时间较短，主要原因还是很多创业者对企业的财务风险认识不清，缺乏财务管
理和应对风险的经验。本文简述了现阶段创业企业的财务风险，并表明了创业企
业加强财务风险管理工作的必要性，对创业企业财务风险存在的问题进行了分
析，也提出了一些解决思路。希望对创业企业加强财务风险管理发挥一些作用，
延长我国创业企业存在的寿命。

Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofmarketeconomyandthechangeof
employmentsituation,inrecentyears,therearealotofyoungreturnees
whhavejustgraduatedwhhavejumpedontheentrepreneurial
bandwagon.Theintroductionofthenewthirdboard,letalotofpeoplesee
theprospectofstartingabusiness,theywishtheywerethenextblack
horse.Butasgroupsofpeoplequit,manypeoplerealizethiscruel
reality:Theresalotofriskinstartingabusiness.Chinasstartups
generallyhaveashorterperiodofexistence,Themainreasonisthatmany
entrepreneursdonothaveaclearunderstandingofthefinancialrisks
oftheenterprise,lackofexperienceinfinancialmanagementandrisk
management.Thispaperbrieflydescribesthefinancialrisksofstart-up
enterprisesatpresent,italsshowsthenecessityofstrengthening
financialriskmanagementinstart-upenterprises,thispaperanalyzesthe
problemsexistinginthefinancialriskofstart-upenterprisesandputs
forwardsomesolutions.Ihopetoplayaroleinstrengtheningfinancial
riskmanagementinstart-upenterprises,prolongingtheLifeof
entrepreneurialenterprisesinChina.
