小型液化石油气企业速动资产管理存在的问题及对策分析

——以遵化市明洋液化石油气有限责任公司为例

摘要

近几年来，国内有很多企业由于速动资产管理问题，周转困难，从而走向落没。所以我们应该深切的感受到速动资产管理对企业来讲有多么的重要。如果一家小型液化石油气企业能够把公司的速动资产管理的不出现问题，全面建立起管理制度，公司才会经营的很优秀。本人作为一名会计专业的学生更能深刻体会到速动资产对企业来讲的重要性。

在现在的社会中，企业的速动资产管理制度不是非常健全，管理速动资产的处理和应收账款的处理也不是很科学，经过实习，对企业日后的管理，然后提出关于完善速动资产和应收账款管理的管理制度，管理加强了，然后科学的预测现金流，来帮企业建立健全速动资产管理机制，来促进速动资产的更好的管理。

在查阅有关文献后发现学者们主要关注速动资产管理的方法从多方面入手。可以从“采访责任人—寻找问题—讨论并解决问题”为主要思路，结合遵化市明洋液化石油气有限责任公司实际问题，增强本论文的说服力。因此，本文将对企业速动资产的管理进行分析，并提出相应的建议和意见。

Inrecentyears,therearemanydomesticenterprisesbecauseofthequickassetsmanagementproblems,turnoverdifficulties,andthustodecline,soweshoulddeeplyfeelhowimportantthequickassetsmanagementforenterprises.Ifasmallliquefiedpetroleumgasenterprisecanmanagethecompanysquickassetswithoutanyproblemsandestablishacomprehensivemanagementsystem,thecompanywilloperateverywell.Asastudentofaccountingmajor,Icandeeplyunderstandtheimportanceofquickassetstoenterprises.

Intodayssociety,themanagementsystemofquick-movingassetsofenterprisesisnotverysound,andthehandlingofmoneyfundsandaccountsreceivableisnotveryscientific.Afterpractice,themanagementofenterprisesinthefutureisalsonotveryscientific.Thenthemanagementsystemofimprovingthemanagementofmoneyfundsandaccountsreceivableisputforward,andthemanagementisstrengthened.Thenthescientificpredictionofcashflowismadetohelpenterprisesestablishandimprovethemanagementmachineofquick-movingassets.Systemtopromotethebettermanagementofquickassets.
