设计意图

Inthisperiod,thefirstaimistohelpstudentsunderstandwhatlifeinthefuturemightbelike.Thiscontentofthepassageprovidesstudentswithimaginationandisaimedtodeveloptheabilitytopredictthefuture.Comparingthepresentlifeandthefuturelife,studentscanbearousedtomasterthepresenttime,treasurethepresentlifeandprotectnature.

Bythecomparisonform,guidestudentstoreviewthepast,knowaboutthepresentandlookforwardtothefuture.Throughthisactivity,studentscanbepreparedforreadingthetext.

Pre-readingisanimportantpartinwhichstudentslistsomeproblemshumansface.Thequestionscanbepreparedforthecontentofthepassage.

Thisreadingistointroduceane-mailthatisfromthefuture,whichnarrateshowLiQiangarrivedatthefutureworld,hisimpressionsofthefutureworldaswellasdailylifeandthemeansoftransportinthefuture.Thedifferencesbetweenthepresentlifeandthefuturelifeshouldbeemphasized.

(设计意图:询问学生如何去上学,由日常交通工具的变化引出话题;总结交通工具的发展历史,预测未来的交通方式,引出跨时空旅行,从各个方面稍微接触现在与未来的不同,从而进入阅读文章的处理与学习。)
