摘要
机械加工工艺制造是现代主流的针对不同领域的产品结构进行加工工艺方法，是当今世界现代机械制造业主要加工部门，伴随着当今社会计算机技术和电子技术的发展，促进了机械加工工艺方法的完善和普及。是国家兴旺发达的重要途径之一，其中机械加工工艺技术水平高低都关乎到国家整体实力的高低。
手柄轴零件工艺分析是在保证加工成型后的产品能够以高生产率、高工作效率、低加工成本的前提下加工工艺分析分析手柄轴零件的毛坯、定位基准的选择等等方式，确定手柄轴零件的结构分析以及主要作用等等。以此为基础优先确定一条属于手柄轴零件的加工工艺路线，然后站在这条加工路线上设计进行专用夹具设计。在机械制造各行各业的工艺过程之中，大量应用着各类不同的，主要功用为用来固定加工对象，使它们能够处于正确位置，便于操作施工的一种工艺装备，我们称之为夹具。因为其特性如此，所以目前无论是在机械加工，装配，检验，还是在焊接，热处理等冷，热工艺中，甚至运输工作中都大量使用夹具。在这过程中，需要考虑到手柄轴零件加工成型的特点要包括整体性、相对性以及灵活性制造等特性。满足手柄轴零件的加工需求以及成型后能够在工作环境使用。尽可能做到此加工方法在现实生活中机械加工工艺方法批量生产手柄轴零件产品加保质保量。体现了本文毕业设计的主要目的和主题。

Abstract
Machiningtechnologymanufacturingisthemainstreamofmodernprocessingtechnologyfordifferentproductstructuresindifferentfields.Itistheworldmodernmachinerymanufacturingindustrysmainprocessingsector.Withthebirthofcomputertechnologyandelectronictechnologyinmodernsociety,itpromotestheimprovementandpopularizationofmachiningtechnology.Itisoneoftheimportantwaysforthecountrytoprosperanddevelop,andthelevelofmechanicalprocessingtechnologylevelisrelatedtotheoverallstrengthofthecountry.
