于扎根理论的科技小院资源保障路径分析

摘要新时代乡村振兴是实现民族复兴的重要组成部分，科技小院紧连着高校和田间地头，强调多学科交叉培养和专业知识
与技能的实践拓展，故高校图书馆资源服务保障尤显重要。该文以中国农业大学科技小院的工作日志、问卷调查等文本为切入点，采
用扎根理论分析方法，原始文本中提炼出概括性经验，然后进行开放式编码和主轴编码，找到数据要素之间的关联，分析各要素之
间的因果、结构等内在关系，形成理论核心类属模型。通过分析，提出图书馆资源服务保障助力乡村振兴的产学研协同发展、资源创新
融合共享、文化提升和组织创新制度规范等保障路径和措施。

Abstract:Ruralrevitalizationintheneweraisanimportantpartofrealizingnationalrejuvenation.Thesci-techcourtyardis
closelyconnectedtouniversitiesandfields,emphasizingmultidisciplinarycross-cultivationandthepracticalexpansionofprofessional
knowledgeandskills.Therefore,theguaranteeofuniversitylibraryresourcesandservicesisparticularlyimportant.Thispapertakes
theworkdiary,questionnaireandothertextsoftheScienceandTechnologyCollegeofChinaAgriculturalUniversityasthestarting
point,andusestheGroundedTheoryanalysismethodtoextractgeneralexperiencefromtheoriginaltext,andthenperformsopen
codingandspindlecodingtofindthecorrelationbetweendataelements,analyzetheintrinsicrelationshipssuchascauseandeffect,
structure,etc.betweeneachelement,andformatheoreticalcorecategorymodel.Throughanalysis,thispaperproposesguarantee
pathsandmeasuressuchastheindustry-university-researchcoordinateddevelopment,integrationandsharingofresourceinnovation,
