摘要
随着社会老龄化的加速发展，老年福利成为社会关注的焦点之一。本研究以南京市XX小区为例，从老年福利的视角出发，对家庭适老化改造的需求进行了调查。通过系统的问卷调查和实地考察，深入了解了该街道老年人口的分布、生活需求以及目前家庭无障碍设施的现状。
针对调查结果，本研究提出了硬件改造、软件服务和技术支持等方面改进建议，为未来改善老年人居住环境、提升生活质量提供了有益的参考和建议。希望相关部门能够关注这一问题，积极采取措施，为社会创造更适合老年人居住的环境。

ABSTRACT
Withtheaccelerateddevelopmentofsocialaging,thewelfareoftheelderlyhasbecomeoneofthefocusesofsocialattention.ThisstudytakesXXresidentialquartersinNanjingasanexample,andfromtheperspectiveofelderlywelfare,investigatesthecoverageneedsoffamilybarrier-freefacilitiesforagingtransformation.Throughsystematicquestionnairesurveyandon-the-spotinvestigation,wehaveadeepunderstandingofthedistributionoftheelderlypopulationinthisstreet,theirlivingneedsandthecurrentsituationoffamilybarrier-freefacilities.Accordingtothesurveyresults,thisstudyputsforwardsomesuggestionsonimprovinghardwaretransformation,softwareservicesandtechnicalsupport,whichprovidesusefulreferenceandsuggestionsforimprovingthelivingenvironmentandimprovingthequalityoflifeoftheelderlyinthefuture.Ihoperelevantdepartmentscanpayattentiontothisissueandtakeactivemeasurestocreateamoresuitablelivingenvironmentfortheelderly.
