输油气管道动火作业安全管理要点

摘要：现阶段，随着国家经济的发展，输油气管道的数量越来越多，在输油管道建设与改造过程中，动火施工也越来越
多，与此同时，也存在一些安全方面的问题。在输油气管道管理工作中，动火作业的流程相对比较繁杂，因此，在动火作
业安全管理工作中，应当系统地规划施工管理策略，做好各个环节的配合工作，有效预防动火作业过程中的安全事故。
施工技术人员要克服安全理念不足，只注重动火作业的结果，把动火作业仅当作抢修工作，不重视动火作业过程中的安
全管理工作，没有一套完善的安全管理体系，从而导致动火作业环节发生安全事故。为此，为确保输油气管道在生产过
程中动火作业的安全性，就必须建立一套完善的安全管理体系。

safetyproblems.Inthemanagementofoilandgaspipelines,theflowofhotworkisrelativelycomplicated.Therefore,inthesafety
managementofhotwork,itisnecessarytosystematicallyplantheconstructionmanagementstrategyanddowellthecoordination
workineachlink,effectivepreventionofsomeunnecessarysafetyproblemsinhotworkprocess.Mostconstructiontechnicians
onlypayattentiontotheresultsofhotwork,andregardhotworkonlyasrushrepairwork.Theydonotpayattentiontothesafety
managementinhotwork,andthesafetyconceptisinsufficient,thereisnotaperfectsafetymanagementsystem,whichleadsto
somesafetyaccidentsinhotwork.Therefore,toensurethesafetyofoilandgaspipelinesintheproductionprocess,itisnecessary
toestablishasoundsafetymanagementsystem.
