【辨析】
两者在意义和用法上都有区别。
raise意思是“饲养，养育，抚养；举起；提高；加薪”，后面须接宾语。
rise是不及物动词，意思是“增长；上升；上涨；升起；起床”，多指不受人为影响而自然上升。也可以作名词。
【例句呈现】

失业人数急剧增长。
