麻竹冬季育苗初探

摘要:在采取一定的保温、保湿措施下,麻竹冬季育苗也能获得成功。在几种育苗方式中,主枝扦插育苗由于取材
广泛易得,操作轻巧灵便,可作为主要育苗方式。在砍口埋干、埋节育苗中.从砍I=I中将营养液灌注人竹腔中,能显
著提高出苗率;不砍口埋干和埋节育苗方式对比中,出苗率无显著差异。用生根粉和“高美施”液肥混合灌注处理竹
干均能显著提高出苗率,用农大哥生物菌肥和巨微生物磷钾宝生物菌肥作基肥对提高出苗率效果不明显。

Abstract:Artificiallygrowingtheseedlingsofspottedbamboo(Sinocalamuslatifloru5)inwinterseasonwould
besucceedwiththemeasuresofkeepingwarmandmoisture.Comparingamongseveralseedlingraisingways,the
wayofbycuttagewithprimarystemmaybeconsideredasbasicwaybecausethematerialsareeasytogetandthe
operationissimpleandconvenient.Inthecourseofpreparingwithcuttingholesonstemsandburrringthenodes
ofbamboo.injectingnutrientfluidwhichconsistsofABTpowderandliquidfertiIizerGaomeishiintothestem
throughtheholecouldsignificantlyraisetherateofseedlingemergence.ContrastingbetweenthewaysofnOcut—
ringholeandcoveringthenodes.thereisn’tsignificantdifference.ButithasnOsignificanteffectonseedlingse—
mergencebyapplyingbiologicalmanure’Nongdage’andGiantMicrobialP—Kmanureasthebasicfertilizer.
