我国抗疫档案资源数字化利用研究
摘要
抗疫档案资源是国家机构、社会组织或个人在疫情防控工作中直
接形成的各种有价值的历史记录。随着疫情的全面开放，国家和医疗
机构的档案部门愈发重视抗疫档案资源的再开发和利用工作。特别随
着数字技术的发展，传统的档案利用方式逐渐被数字化利用方式取代，
因此推进抗疫档案资源数字化利用十分必要。
文章第一部分对本文提到的相关概念及理论基础做出阐述。第二
部分是我国抗疫档案资源数字化利用现状调研分析，本部分包括了调
研思路与方法，以及我国抗疫档案资源数字化利用现状分析两个部分。
第三部分是我国抗疫档案资源数字化利用的成效及问题。通过分析所
得数据，结合实际情况，发现在回应医疗卫生机构科研利用的诉求、
满足融入高校思政教育的诉求、契合党委政府信息咨询与决策的需求、
满足社会文化记忆传承的需要四个方面成效显著，在理念、机制、素
养、技术和方式五个方面仍存在问题。第五部分是对我国抗疫档案资
源数字化利用提出优化措施。本部分针对我国抗疫档案资源数字化利
用中的五个问题提出优化措施，促进抗疫档案资源数字化利用效率稳
步提升。

Anti-epidemicfileresourcesarevaluablehistoricalrecordsdirectly

archivesinmycountry.Thispartincludestheresearchideasandmethods,
