轿车轮胎压力监测装置的设计
摘要
随着时代的快速发展,汽车已经进入了千家万户,轿车成为出行的主要方式,同时公路交通事故的数量也飞速上升,人们的生命安全和财产安全遭受了重大损失。因此对轿车轮胎压力进行实时监测来达到预防爆胎的效果是减少交通事故发生的必要举措,轮胎气压监控系统(TPMS)在车辆行驶过程中起到至关重要的作用,它能够实时监测轮胎的气压状况。在汽车领域,轮胎气压监控系统通常被划分为两大类别:一种是直接式的轮胎压力监测系统,也称为PSBTPMS;另一种则是间接式的轮胎压力监测系统,亦称为WSBTPMS。本文详细探讨了包括传感器、微控制器、射频芯片以及电池和显示器在内的关键组件的选择方案,并在确保测量精确性的前提下,重点讨论了如何减少系统的功耗和成本。本文提出了一套综合性的直接测量式轮胎压力监测系统解决方案,实现了对轮胎气压的不间断监控。

ABSTRACT
Withtherapiddevelopmentofthetimes,carshaveenteredthousandsofhouseholds,carshavebecomethemainmodeoftravel,whilethenumberofhighwaytrafficaccidentshasalsosoared,peopleslivesandpropertysafetysufferedsignificantlosses.Therefore,real-timemonitoringofcartirepressuretoachievetheeffectofpreventingtireblowoutistoreducetheoccurrenceoftrafficaccidentsisnecessary,tirepressuremonitoringsystem(TPMS)playsavitalroleinthevehicledrivingprocess,itcanreal-timemonitoringoftireairpressure.Intheautomotivefield,tirepressuremonitoringsystemsareusuallyclassifiedintotwomaincategories:directtirepressuremonitoringsystems,alsoknownasPSBTPMS,andindirecttirepressuremonitoringsystems,alsoknownasWSBTPMS.Inthispaper,wediscussindetailtheselectionoptionsforkeycomponents,includingsensors,microcontrollers,radio-frequencychips,aswellasbatteriesanddisplays,andinensuringmeasurementaccuracy,andfocusesonhowtoreducethepowerconsumptionandcostofthesystem.Thispaperpresentsacomprehensivesolutionforadirectmeasurementtirepressuremonitoringsystemthatenablesuninterruptedmonitoringoftirepressure.
