社会资本对大学生就业的影响研究综述
摘要：把社会资本引入就业的分析框架是一种新的研究途径，为更充分认识社会发展的内在原因提
供了一个新的角度。本文结合以往的研究文献，从社会资本的概念界定、社会资本与大学生就业的
关系、社会资本对大学生就业产生的影响及大学生应如何积累社会资本等方面进行了梳理和总结。
