杯具
除了金属制和瓷质的餐具，玻璃制成的杯子，在西餐中也较为常见。西餐的酒杯大多数以乘装的酒来命名，因为不同酒的特质、饮用方式、酒精浓度不同，所以酒杯大小高低也不尽相同。西餐服务中的一大难点就是要选择对应的酒杯，比如，喝威士忌威士忌杯、喝鸡尾酒用鸡尾酒杯喝香槟用香槟杯等，这样才能表现出酒的最佳状态。
