郑州图书馆老年人健康信息服务研究
摘要
近年来，我国人口老龄化程度加快，2022年末老年人口已经接
近三亿，进入中度老龄化阶段，我国预计2035年左右将进入重度老
龄化阶段，老年人口将会突破四亿。人口老龄化作为我国基本国情，
将长期影响我国经济、文化、政治、医疗等领域的发展，《中华人民
共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲
要》的提出，说明国家和社会对老年人的重视度正在提高，老年人的
健康受到大众的关注。
公共图书馆作为公益性服务机构，在人口老龄化背景下，应当主
动为老年读者提供健康信息服务。本文从郑州市公共图书馆的老年人
健康信息服务展开研究，首先介绍研究的背景、目的、意义、研究现
状、研究方法及创新点，引入郑州图书馆，通过对郑州图书馆的访谈
和调研，找出制约郑州图书馆开展老年人健康信息服务的因素，从六
个方面给郑州图书馆开展老年人健康信息服务提供建议，最终得出相
关结论，进行展望和总结不足。

ABSTRACT
Inrecentyears,theagingofChinaspopulationhasaccelerated,and
theelderlypopulationhasapproached300millionattheendof2022,
enteringthestageofmoderateaging.Chinaisexpectedtoenterthestage
ofsevereagingaround2035,andtheelderlypopulationwillexceed400
million.PopulationagingasChinasbasicnationalconditions,willhavea
long-termimpactonChinaseconomic,cultural,political,medicaland
otherfieldsofdevelopment.Theproposalofthe14thFiveYearPlan
forNationalEconomicandSocialDevelopmentofthePeoplesRepublic
ofChinaandthe2035VisionandObjectivesOutlineindicatesthatthe
countryandsocietyarepayingincreasingattentiontotheelderly,andthe
healthoftheelderlyisreceivingpublicattention.
Aspublicwelfareserviceorganizations,publiclibrariesshouldtake
theinitiativetoprovidehealthinformationservicesforelderlyreadersin
thecontextofpopulationaging.Thispaperfirstintroducesthe
background,purpose,significance,researchstatus,researchmethodsand
innovationpointsoftheresearch,introducestheZhengzhouLibrary,
findsoutthefactorsrestrictingthedevelopmentofhealthinformation
servicesfortheelderlyinZhengzhouLibrarythroughinterviewsand
researchofZhengzhouLibrary,providessuggestionsforZhengzhou
