摘要
全球疫后经济复甦,仍旧聚焦于科技发展,我省不论银行业、餐饮业、媒体等,都纷纷采用AI、实时决策平台以及IT营运上云平台服务,并建构跨云的架构。竞争环境的变化不断产生威胁,适时协助企业组织创新,取得新商机,做出最佳的营运策略。
科技发展日新月异,企业面临全球化的竞争挑战,如何长期取得竞争优势,成为组织创新的重要课题。扩增实境(AugmentedReality;AR融)入商业模式创新,呈现出截然不同的体验,企业品牌形象以创新、有趣的方式与消费者互动,进而联结外围商品贩卖。企业经营根据内外部环境的变迁对商业模式进行创新。本研究观察个案公司在外在环境中,快速找出创新策略,研究过程藉由关键成功因素探讨。
本研究主要探讨个案公司,透过业者深入访谈;归纳出「组织创新」「商业模式创新」、以及「企业经营策略」。挑战积极转型并重新定位,以商业模式创新理论,研究个案公司在不同品牌营销策略,表现出独特的演变路径和鲜明的特征,创新提升公司的价值和竞争力,其成功经验为美发业提供了新思维模式。

Abstract
Theglobalpost-pandemiceconomicrecoverycontinuestofocusontechnologicaldevelopment,andinTaiwan,industriessuchasbanking,catering,andmediaareadoptingAI,real-timedecision-makingplatforms,andITcloudservices,andconstructingcross-cloudarchitectures.Thechangingcompetitiveenvironmentconstantlypresentsthreats,andtimelyassistancetohelpbusinessesinnovate,obtainnewbusinessopportunities,andmakethebestoperationalstrategies.
Astechnologicaldevelopmentcontinuestoadvanceatanunprecedentedpace,businessesfacethechallengeofglobalcompetition.Howtoachievelong-termcompetitiveadvantageshasbecomeanimportantissueinorganizationalinnovation.AugmentedReality(AR)integratedintobusinessmodelinnovationpresentsacompletelydifferentexperience,whereenterprisebrandimagesinteractwithconsumersininnovativeandinterestingways,therebylinkingperipheralproductsales.Businessoperationsneedtoinnovatetheirbusinessmodelsaccordingtothechanginginternalandexternalenvironments.
