大学生考研自习室管理系统的设计与实现

摘要:随着信息化时代的不断发展,信息化管理逐渐覆盖了各个角落,改变了很多传统的管理模式,高效有力地提高了管理效率。目前绝大多数高校中缺少对考研自习室的科学性管理方法,存在着大量占座行为,导致自习室资源分配不合理。因此对于大学生考研自习室来说,实现信息化管理工作很有必要。本文通过研究各高校考研自习室管理的现状,设计开发大学生考研自习室管理系统。该系统是基于活字格开发平台、低代码技术、MySQL数据库管理系统进行开发与设计的。该系统实现了用户在线预约自习室、在线预约物品、在线设备反馈以及管理员在线审核预约申请与反馈信息等功能,该系统的实现能促进高校考研自习室的信息化、网络化管理,进一步提高自习室管理工作的质量和效率,从而实现高校大学生考研自习室管理的数字化和共享化。

Abstract:Withthecontinuousdevelopmentoftheinformationage,informationmanagementhasgraduallycoveredeverycorner,changingmanytraditionalmanagementmodelsandeffectivelyimprovingmanagementefficiency.Atpresent,thevastmajorityofuniversitieslackscientificmanagementmethodsforself-studyroomsforpostgraduateentranceexams,leadingtoalargenumberofseattakingbehaviorsandunreasonableresourceallocationinself-studyrooms.Therefore,itisnecessaryfortheself-studyroomforcollegestudentstoimplementinformationmanagementwork.Thisarticlestudiesthecurrentsituationofthemanagementofgraduateentranceexaminationself-studyroomsinvariousuniversities,anddesignsanddevelopsamanagementsystemforgraduateentranceexaminationself-studyroomsforcollegestudents.ThesystemisdevelopedanddesignedbasedonaForguncydevelopmentplatform,lowcodetechnology,andaMySQLdatabasemanagementsystem.Thissystemimplementsfunctionssuchasuseronlinereservationofself-studyrooms,onlinereservationofitems,onlinedevicefeedback.Andadministratoronlinereviewofappointmentapplicationsandfeedbackinformation.Theimplementationofthissystemcanpromotetheinformationizationandnetworkingmanagementofuniversitygraduateentranceexaminationself-studyrooms,furtherimprovethequalityandefficiencyofself-studyroommanagementwork,andachievedigitalizationandsharingofuniversitygraduateentranceexaminationself-studyroommanag
