甲方负责安排由香港汇丰银行以现金开立以乙方为受益人的银行本票及保兑跟单。
PartyAundertakesthattheCashierCheck(BankDraft)shallbeinclean,clean,non-guaranteedandnon-criminalEUROcurrency.
甲方承诺该银行本票干净，清洁，无抵押，无犯罪的欧元货币。
PartyBiswillingtoaccepttheBankDraftofthebankasafinancialinstrumentforfinancingcooperation,andbothpartieshavereachedthefollowingconsensusthroughfriendlynegotiationandinlinewiththeprinciplesofequalityandvoluntariness,honestyandtrustworthiness,andwin-wincooperation:
