Alongsidemydietarychanges,Imadeexercisearegularpartofmyroutine.Istartedsmall,withshortwalksaroundmyneighborhood,graduallyincreasingthedurationandintensityofmyworkouts.Idiscoveredthethrillofrunning,theserenityofyoga,andthestrengthIgainedfromweightlifting.Exercisenotonlymademefeelstrongerandmoreconfidentbutalsoreleasedendorphinsthatliftedmymoodandreducedstress.Itbecamemyoutlet,awaytoclearmymindandrechargeafteralongday.
