1总则
1.0.1本标准结合广西壮族自治区道路施工的实际情况，为低温净味沥青混合料的施工和验收提供技术指导。
1.0.2本标准适用于应用低温净味沥青混合料的城镇道路施工。
1.0.3低温净味沥青混合料施工除应符合本标准外，尚应符合国家、行业和广西壮族自治区现行有关标准的规定。
2术语
2.0.1沥青烟气asphaltfume
沥青及沥青制品生产和加工过程中形成的液态烃类颗粒物质、少量气态烃类物质、二氧化硫、硫化氢、一氧化氮以及挥发性有机化合物等混合形成的混合物。
2.0.2低温沥青添加剂lowtemperatureasphaltadditive
通过物理或化学作用，使沥青及其混合料能在相对较低的温度下正常施工，满足热拌沥青混合料技术要求的改性材料。
