基于现代教育技术的班级学生绩效管理研究
摘要
伴随着信息技术的快速发展，使得人们的学习与交流打破了以往的时空限制，同时为了人类能力的提升与发挥作用创造了新的空间。在如今的这个信息化社会内部，学校的班主任工作也面对很多新情况与新问题，同时信息化的发展也是带来了新的基于与挑战。比如含有的教材多媒体化、资源的全球化、教学的个性化以及学习目标的自主化等等，这些新的变化迫切的要求班主任掌握现代的信息化工具，教会学生如何的获取信息知识。所以在新时期为了提升班主任工作的效率，班主任需要具有很强的获取信息的能力，同时可以对于网络上面的信息进行收集与整理，进行相关的加工。同时班主任需要将思维方式与行为习惯同现代化信息网络环境有机的结合起来，不断的了解网络发展的新方向，通过新的知识信息去开阔学生的视野，启迪学生的思维。班主任还需要具有21世纪的主流的价值观，善于协作，通过网络与人进行沟通、交流与合作，通过现代化的网络手段来提升自身的工作效率。为此本人的研究具有十分重要的意义与应用价值。

Abstract
Alongwiththerapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,makingthelearningandcommunicationofpeoplebrokethelimitoftimeandspace,previousworkatthesametimeinordertoascendwiththeabilityofhumanstocreateanewspace.Inthisinformationsocietyoftoday,theschooltheteacherinchargeworkisfacingmanynewsituationsandnewproblems,andatthesametime,thedevelopmentofinformationtechnologyalsobringsnewchallengesandisbasedon.Suchastheglobalizationofmultimediateachingmaterials,resources,individualizedteachingandlearninggoalsofdemocracy,andsoon,thesenewchangesurgentlyrequeststheteacherinchargetomastermoderninformationtools,teachthestudentshowtoobtaininformationknowledge.Sointhenewerainordertoimprovetheefficiencyoftheteacherinchargework,theteacherinchargeneedtohaveastrongabilitytoaccessinformation,aswellasfornetworkandcollectionoftheaboveinformation,relatedprocessing.Atthesametime,theteacherinchargeneedstobethewayofthinkingandbehaviorhabitscombinewithmoderninformationnetworkenvironment,constantlylearnnewdirectionofthedevelopmentofthenetwork,throughthenewknowledgetobroadenstudentshorizons,toenlightenthemindsofstudents.Theteacherinchargealsoneedtohavethe
