IBMRe-EstablishmentfeeEffectiveApril1,2013,PowerSystems,Systemx,andStorageSystemMachinesthatarenolongercoveredbybasewarrantyandnotcoveredbyanIBMhardwaremaintenanceserviceagreementfor90daysormore(“lapsedcoverage”),willbesubjecttoareestablishmentfeewhenaddedtoanIBMhardwaremaintenanceserviceagreement.Thereestablishmentfeewillbebasedonthenumberofdaysoflapsedcoverage,uptoanamountequalto365daysofhardwaremaintenanceservicefees.IBMreservestherighttochange,modify,orwithdrawitsofferings,policies,andpracticesatanytime.AdditionaldiscounttobeofferedforallmachinescurrentlyoutsideofWarrantyorMaintenanceAgreementtobeaddedtoanIBMhardwaremaintenanceserviceagreementbefore31March2013.TechnologySupportServicesforBusinessPartners
