摘要

本研究针对某真丝绸印染企业日处理规模10000m3的废水处理系统,设计了一套完整的废水处理工艺,旨在解决丝绸印染废水高浓度、高碱性和可生化性差的处理难题。研究基于丝绸废水的特性(COD=1500mg/L、BOD=800mg/L、pH=9~11),通过多方案比选,确定了“物化预处理-水解酸化-两级接触氧化-深度处理”的组合工艺。该工艺能够有效降解废水中的有机物和特征污染物(如丝胶蛋白),出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)二级排放限值(COD≤200mg/L、BOD≤150mg/L、SS≤30mg/L)。

研究对各处理单元进行了详细设计计算,包括格栅、调节池、水解酸化池、生物接触氧化池、二沉池和絮凝沉淀池等,确保了工艺的技术可行性和运行稳定性。在污泥处理方面,采用浓缩、脱水的组合工艺,脱水后污泥含水率降至75%,便于外运处置,并具备资源化利用潜力(如制备陶粒)。

Abstract

Thisstudydesignedacompletewastewatertreatmentprocessforarealsilkprintinganddyeingenterprisewithadailyprocessingcapacityof10000m3,aimingtosolvethetreatmentproblemsofhighconcentration,highalkalinity,andpoorbiodegradabilityofsilkprintinganddyeingwastewater.Basedonthecharacteristicsofsilkwastewater(COD=1500mg/L,BOD=800mg/L,pH=9-11),acombinationprocessofphysicochemicalpretreatmenthydrolysisacidificationtwo-stagecontactoxidationdeeptreatmentwasdeterminedthroughmultipleschemecomparisons.Thisprocesscaneffectivelydegradeorganicmatterandcharacteristicpollutants(suchassilkfibroin)inwastewater,andtheeffluentqualitymeetsthesecondleveldischargelimits(COD≤200mg/L,BOD≤150mg/L,SS≤30mg/L)oftheComprehensiveWastewaterDischargeStandard(GB8978-1996).

Thestudyconducteddetaileddesigncalculationsforeachprocessingunit,includinggrids,regulatingtanks,hydrolysisacidificationtanks,biologicalcontactoxidationtanks,secondarysedimentationtanks,andflocculationsedimentationtanks,ensuringthetechnicalfeasibilityandoperationalstabilityoftheprocess.Intermsofsludgetreatment,acombinationprocessofconcentrationanddehydrationisadopted,andthemoisturecontentofthedehydratedsludgeisreducedto75%,whichisconvenientforexternaltransportationanddisposal,andhasthepotentialforresourceutilization(suchaspreparingceramicparticles).,theeconomicbenefitscanbefurtherimproved.
