一、单元整体解读：
本单元围绕“健康生活方式”这一主题展开，在“人与自我”的大主题之下，探讨如何轻
松面对压力，保持身心健康，提高幸福感，如何培养健康生活方式，远离不良生活习惯，积极
锻炼身体，参加良性社会交往，培养健康的兴趣爱好。
二、内容分析：
语法结构：学生在初中阶段和本套教材的前面册次已经学习过动词不定式作宾语、宾补、
定语、状语等用法，本单元将继续学习动词不定式作主语的用法。学生在本套教材选择性必修
第一册第三单元学习了动词-ing形式作主语的用法。关于动词-ing形式作主语和动词不定式作
主语的区别，适当进行讲解。
三、课型解析：
通过回顾ReadingandThinking板块的阅读课文引出“Tochangebadhabitsisnevereasy”,
引导学生辨认动词不定式tochangebadhabits充当主语的句子。通过阅读语篇，找出所有含有
不定式作主语的句子，与同伴讨论答案。掌握动词不定式在句子中的不同成分：定语、宾语、
状语、表语等。
