Abstract
Lowspeedlargecapacityexplosion-proofinductionmotorfortheoilandgas
refiningindustrydrivekeyequipmentofreciprocatingcompressor,hasthe
characteristicsoflowspeed,explosion-proofandvariableloadconditions.Because
theexplosion-proofmotordrivenreciprocatingcompressorvariableconditionand
overloadoperationmode,andthemotorwithloadinertiaislarger,startingtimeis
relativelylong.Sotheaccuratecalculationofmotortransientelectromagneticand
temperaturerisecharacteristicsbecomethekeytoensurereliablestartandoperation
oflargemotors.
Firstly,thisdissertationtakesa6.5MWlargecapacityexplosion-proofinduction
motorasanexampletocalculateandanalyzethelossandstartingperformanceofthe
motor.Sincethestartingtimeoftheprototypeisrelativelylong,theelectromagnetic
transientprocesscannotbeignored.Consideringtheskineffectoftheguidebarduring
themotorstartingprocess,askineffectmodelthatcanaccuratelyrevealthetransient
electromagneticchangeruleofthemotorisestablished,andtheguidebarofthemotor
isstratified,andtheresistanceincreasingcoefficientandreactancedecreasing
coefficientoftherotorguidebararecalculatedbystratificationmethod.The
electromagneticperformanceofthemotorwascalculatedtoverifytherationalityof
theskineffectmodelandthemotoroverloadstartingability.Atthesametime,the
finiteelementmethodwasusedtocalculatethemotorstartingprocessandtheloss
understeadystateoperation,whichlaidthefoundationforthestudyoftransient
