摘要
高空作业车在世界上已有近四十年的发展历史，现已形成一个完整的专用产品研发、生产体系。我国高空作业机械发展虽然起步较晚，只有二十几年的发展历史，但由于高空作业机械制造企业的不断努力，已逐步走向稳定的发展轨道。特别是各生产厂家积极引进和消化国外先进技术，开发新品种，提高产品技术和质量水平，已有部分达到或接近国际同类产品的水平。
高空作业车有较大的市场需求，改进高空作业车的工作性能，开发研制机动灵活、技术含量高，安全、可靠的高空作业机械具有重大的意义。我国高空作业车使用较多的主要有道路交通、园林部门。但新型高空作业车的使用范围不够广泛，主要原因是国内产品技术性能及参数还不能完全满足使用的要求,在产品用途和功能上还需更新，需要从产品的适应性、技术性能上进行较大的突破。此次设计我们着眼于园林部门使用要求，对市场上常见的产品的结构进行改进设计，以更加满足园林部门的使用要求。

Abstract
Thedevelopmentofthehigh-altitudeoperationtruckhasbeennearfortyyearsallovertheworld,andnowithasformedawholesystemofspecialproductdevelopmentandproduction.InChina,thetimeofdevelopingandproducinghigh-altitudeoperationtrucksislate,onlythentwoseveralyearhistoricaldevelopments,butbecausehigh-altitudeoperationtruckmanufactureenterprisesunceasingendeavor,movedtowardthestabledevelopmenttrackgradually.Specially,theattitudesofeverymanufactureronintroductionandabsorbabilityofforeignadvancedtechnology,thedevelopmentofnewtype,andtheimprovementofproducttechnologyandquality.
Thehigh-altitudeoperationtruckhasgreatmarketdemand,improvesitsoperatingperformance,thedevelopmentmobilenimble,thetechniquecontentishigh,safe,thereliableworkhighabovethegroundmachineryhasthesignificantsignificance.Inourcountry,thehigh-altitudeoperationtruckiswideusedinroadtrafficandgardendepartments.Butthescopeisnotverywidespread,theprimarycauseisthedomesticproducttechnicalperformanceandtheparameterhasnotbeenabletosatisfytheusecompletelytherequest,mustrenewintheproductuseandthefunction,needsfromtheproductcompatibility,thetechnicalperformancetocarryonthebigbreakthrough.Thisdesignfixesattentionontherequirementsofgardendepartment,andexplainstheimprovementmethodofcommonproductstofulfilltherequirementsofusingofgardendepartmentbetter.
