酸奶是牛乳经出乳酸菌或其它益生菌发酵而得到的，具有改善肠道菌群、预防肠道疾病等多种生理功能和保健效用。花青素属黄酮类化合物，可促进视网膜中视紫质的再合成，改善视力。芒果，其浓厚的香气及多汁嫩滑的口感深受广大消费者的喜爱，富含糖，蛋白质，维生素A维生素C及矿物质等多种营养成分。可以清润肠胃，明目，滋润肌肤等效用。
对人体健康也是正面影响，市场认可度，消费者接受度也很高。作为芒果生产大国，想研制出这类酸奶的成本也并不高，且适合量产。人们对于健康饮品的需求和要求都在水涨船高，而芒果和酸奶作为消费者常见的食品，会很快接受并享用，因此，研发一款富含营养的风味酸奶，对于满足市场需求、促进健康生活方式具有重要意义。
本设计对芒果酸奶工艺进行优化，完成了年产40000吨芒果酸奶工厂设计，为此类产品工业化提供参考。

Abstract
Yogurtisobtainedbyfermentationoflacticacidbacteriaorotherprobiotics.Ithasvariousphysiologicalfunctionsandhealthcareeffectssuchasimprovingintestinalfloraandpreventingintestinaldiseases.Ananthocyaninsareflavonoids,whichcanpromotetheresynthesisofretinaandimprovevision.Mango,itsstrongaromaandjuicyandsmoothtaste,isdeeplylovedbythemajorityofconsumers.Itisrichinsugar,protein,vitaminAvitaminCandminerals.Itcanmoistenthegastrointestinalstomach,cleareyesandmoisturizetheskin.
Itisalsoapositiveimpactonhumanhealth.Themarketrecognitionandconsumeracceptanceisalsohigh.Asamajorproducerofmango,thecostofdevelopingthiskindofyogurtisnothigh,andissuitableformassproduction.Peoplesdemandandrequirementsforhealthydrinksarehigh,andmangoandyogurt,ascommonfoodforconsumers,willbeacceptedandenjoyedquickly.Therefore,thedevelopmentofanutritiousflavoryogurtisofgreatsignificancetomeetmarketdemandandpromotehealthylifestyles.
Thisdesignoptimizedtheprocessofmangoyogurtandcompletedthedesignofthemangoyogurtfactorywithanannualoutputof40000tons,providingareferencefortheindustrializationofsuchproducts.
