Abstract
Withthedeepeningofeducationreformandthestrategyofsportspower,the
professionalqualityofPEteachersisfacingchallenges,suchasthelackofmorality,
knowledge,abilityandpsychologicalaccomplishment,whichaffectstheteaching
qualityandstudentsdevelopment.Highschoolphysicaleducationteachers,asthe
guideofphysicaleducationskillsandphysicalandmentalhealth,theirprofessional
qualityisdirectlyrelatedtotheeffectivenessofeducation.Therefore,itiscrucialto
studythecurrentsituationandexplorethepromotionstrategiestopromotethecause
ofphysicaleducation.
ThisstudyfocusesontenhighschoolinXiningcity,throughthecomprehensive
useofliterature,questionnaire,interview,logicalanalysisandmathematicalstatistics,
thepresentsituationofXiningcityhighschoolPEteachersprofessionalquality
conductedacomprehensiveandin-depthanalysis,analyzetheproblemsandput
forwardthecorrespondingcountermeasures,providetheoreticalsupportforlater
teaching.
Themainstudyconclusionsinclude:
1.ThehighschoolphysicaleducationteachersinXiningcityhaveshowna
certainlevelinmoral,knowledge,abilityandpsychologicalliteracy,butthereisstill
significantroomforimprovement.Specifically,(1)moralliteracy,someteacherslack
professionalethicsandemotionalexpressionofprofessionalethics;(2)knowledge
literacy,imperfectprofessionalknowledgesystemandtechnology;(3)abilityliteracy,
teachingdesign,classroommanagementandsportsskillsguidancestillneedtobe
strengthened;(4)psychologicalliteracy,weakabilitytoresistpressure,easyjob
burnout.
2.Thecausesoftheseproblemsarecomplexanddiverse,involvin
