1.1MaterialDescription.Theadhesiveismechanicallyappliedinliquidformtothespecifiedthreadsonthefastener.
Afterdrying,thefasteneriscleananddryandcanbehandlednormallyuntilitisinstalled.Uponfastenerinstallation,
theadhesivewillbeactivatedandbegintocure.Thefullycuredpropertiesareexpected72hafterinstallation.Three
(3)gradesofmaterialarecoveredbythisspecification.

135°C.Loweradhesivestrengthallowsforserviceremovalofboltswithlesspotentialforfastenerand/ormating
threaddamage.
