1Scope
Thisstandarddefines,illustratesandspecifiesallowablelimitsforthevarioustypesofsurface
discontinuitiesthatmayoccurduringthemanufactureandprocessingofbolts,screws,andstuds,including
heattreatedmachinescrews,tappingscrews,andscrewandwasherassemblies(thewashercomponentsof
assembliesareexcluded).Thisspecificationcoversfastenersinsizes5to24mm(No.12to1inch),
inclusive,withlengthsupto150mm,inclusive,andwithspecifiedminimumtensilestrengthof830Mpa
(120000psi)andgreater,whichareprimarilyintendedforuseinautomotiveassemblies.
1．范围
本标准定义、说明和规定了不同类型表面缺陷的允许限度。螺栓、螺钉和螺柱（包括热处理机械螺
钉，自攻钉和螺钉与垫圈组合件，不包括垫圈零部件）在制造和加工过程中产生表面的外观缺陷。
标准所涉及的零件适用于5--24mm(No.12--1inch)，长度小于等于150mm，规定最小的抗拉强度
大于等于830Mpa(120000psi)，装配在汽车上的零件。
1.1Remarks.Thisstandarddoesnotincludeinspectionsamplingrequirements.Itisintendedthatthe
purchasershallspecify,intheoriginalinquiryandpurchaseorder,theinspectionsamplingrequirements
whichtheproducermustsatisfytodemonstratetheacceptabilityofboltsandscrewswithrespecttosurface
discontinuities。
1.1备注。本标准不包括检测样品要求。采购方应在调查表和采购定单正本中规定检测样品要求，生
产产家必须证明螺栓与螺钉表面缺陷的接收限度。
