摘?要：本文详细探讨了具有公共支撑能力的政务大模型AI+Agent如何为政务应用赋能，点明了创新行政管理
和服务方式的重要性，并根据目前省级平台建设情况，描述了系统的特点以及能力输出，最后提出了多模态大模型
AI+Agent的应用场景和系统架构。
