SGM供应商质量声明
1．SupplierQualityBaseRequirements:
供应商质量基本要求：
?SelleragreestoparticipateinBuyer’ssupplierqualityanddevelopmentprogram(s)andtocomply
withallqualityrequirementsandproceduresspecifiedbyBuyer,asrevisedfromtimetotime,
includingthoseapplicabletoSellerassetforthinQualitySystemRequirementsQS-9000.In
addition,BuyershallhavetherighttoenterSeller’sfacilityatreasonabletimestoinspectthefacility,
goods,materialsandanypropertyofBuyercoveredbythiscontract.Buyer’sinspectionofthe
goods,whetherduringmanufacture,priortodeliveryorwithinareasonabletimeafterdelivery,shall
notconstituteacceptanceofanywork-in-processorfinishedgoods.
供应商应同意买方制定的供应商质量和开发程序并遵守买方列出的所有质量要求和程序(有时会修
订)，以及QS9000质量体系提出的对供应商适用的要求.除此之外，买方有权随时进入供应商的设
施来检查设备，产品，材料和合同规定的SGM所有物.无论在制造期间，发运之前还是在发运后的
某段时间，买方对产品的检查，不能够免除供应商对在制品或成品检查的责任。

?Fundingistobeidentifiedintheinitialquoteandsubsequentquotestoreflecterroroccurrence
detection(pokayoke,errorproofingdevices,etc)anddefectoutflowpreventiontocustomers.
Controlsimplementedatalaterdatearethefinancialresponsibilityofthesupplier.
在首次报价和其后的报价中，供应商需要说明为检测缺陷(防错装置等)和防止缺陷流向顾客所需要
的预算。供应商以后追加的控制手段，费用由供应商承担。
