1．Scope
Thisspecificationcoversthebasicrequirementsforelectroplatedzincappliedtoironandsteelsubstrates
withprovisionforplatingthickness,useornon-useofsupplementarytreatmentsandcorrosionresistance.
Provisionisalsomadetospecifymechanicalplating.GMNAMATSPCapprovalsforthisfinishare
specifictothepost-supplementarytreatment(Suffix)evaluatedforinitialchemical/applicatorapproved
(referencesection6ApprovedSources).
1.范围
本标准适用于铁，钢物质上镀锌要求，并说明镀层厚度，使用或不使用附加处理和耐腐蚀性，同时
也规定化学电镀。GMNAMATSPC批准了用于首次化学/应用者的后处理（尾缀）（参考第6部分
批准源）。

1.1材料。按GMW3059，本标准中的镀层不含六价铬。按照图纸要求进行电镀，例子见第7部分。
表1列出一般镀层厚度。

为避免产品复杂性，推荐采用普通代码。
Thisplatingisatpresentapprovedinclear(bright)coloronly.Blackcolor(passivationproduct)asshown
inTable1isnotapprovedyet.Anyothercolors(wherecolorisdevelopedbyaddingpigment),ifrequired
don’tneedspeciallyapprovedsourceforthecolor.Establishavailabilityatoneofthesourcesapprovedto
therequiredpost-supplementarycode(suffix)beforeputtinganycolorotherthanclear(Bright)onthe
drawing.
本标准中仅批准透明（光亮）电镀，还未批准表1黑色（钝化产品）电镀。如果颜色不需要批准源，
可增加其他颜色（通过增加颜料获得颜色）。加入颜色前（除了透明情况），建立后附加代码（尾缀）
的资源批准。
