1.SCOPE。Thisstandardcoverstherequirementsnecessarytoattaintheconditionsfound
inaneutralsaltspraytestcabinet.
1.1ThechamberoperationisbasedonASTMB117withthefollowingclarifications.
1.2Thesaltspraytestisbettersuitedforqualitycontrolandprocesscontrolevaluations.
Othertestsmaybebettersuitedtosimulatefieldperformance.
1.范围。本标准规定盐雾实验箱条件要求。
1.1实验箱操作以ASTMB117标准中的分类为依据。
1.2盐雾实验适用于质量控制和过程控制评估。其他实验比较适合于模拟实践性能。

3.PREPARATIONOFTESTSPECIMENS。
3.1Themethodsofapplication,filmthickness,curingandconditioningofthetestsurface
shallbeasspecified,consistentwiththenormalproductionpractices(cleaning,
pretreatment,etc.).
3.2Thebacks,cutedgesofplated,coated,orduplexmaterialsandthoseareascontaining
identificationmarksorincontractwithracksorsupportsshallbeprotectedwithasuitable
coatingthatisstableundertheconditionsofthetest.
3.试件备制。
3.1需规定实验应用方法，膜层厚度，固化，实验表面情况，并允许一般的生产操作（清洗，预处
理等）。
3.2电镀、涂复或两者兼之的材料的背面、切边，含有标识区域或与支架或挂架接触的区域需用适
当涂层加以保护。
3.3Specimensshallbesuitablycleaned.Thecleaningmethodshallbeoptionaldepending
onthenatureofthesurfaceandthecontaminants.Thecleaningshallnotincludetheuse
ofabrasive,otherthanapasteofpuremagnesiumoxide,norofsolventswhicharecorrosive
orthatwilldepositeithercorrosiveorprotectivefilms.Careshallbetakenthatspecimens
arenotcontaminatedaftercleaningbyexcessiveorcarelesshandling.
3.3试件应保持清洁。清洁方法可以根据表面和污物特性不同而不同。清洁不包括研磨剂的使用，
除了粘贴纯氧化镁，腐蚀溶剂或腐蚀或保护膜的沉积物。试件不能因额外或不当搬运而遭污染。
3.4Specimensforevaluationof
