1.1Purpose.Todeterminethedynamictorque-tensioncharacteristicsofthethreadedfastenerjointfornew(unused)wheel
attachments.Thetestisbasedon:SAEJ1965,SAEJ2315,andSAEJ2316(referenceonly).
1.2Applicability.Unlessotherwisespecified,thisprocedureappliestotheinitialtighteningeventofjointsusingthreaded
fastenerswithnewthreadandbearingsurfacesandnewclampedmembers.
1.3Remarks.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytopulseorimpacttools.Unlessotherwisespecified,anyrequirementsordirections
providedinthetest-requestdocumentationwillsupersedethistestprocedure.

本标准不适用于脉冲或冲击工具。除非另有规定，测试要求文件中提供的任何要求或指示将取代本测试程序。
