1.1Purpose.Thisstandardspecifiesthetestmethodtobeusedtoevaluatetheadhesionproperties
ofpaintedmetal,plasticandsealerbeforeandafterenvironmentaltesting.Thisstandarddescribes
thecrosshatchandthe“X”cuttapeadhesiontestusingthecuttingtoolsorcuttingguide.Allpaint
systemsmustmeettheadhesionrequirementswhentheappropriatemethodisused.Unless
otherwisespecified,thedryfilmthicknesswilldeterminewhichguideortoolisrequired.Ifeither
methodisnotusableduetosizeand/orshapeconstraints(typicallyfoundinsmallparts)the
applicationofthistestwillbeatthediscretionoftheresponsibleengineer.

1.1目的：本标准规定了用于在环境实验前后，金属、塑料、密封层的粘结性能评估的实验方法。本标
准描述了用切割工具和切割导向器进行的阴影线和“X”切割线胶带粘结试验。当使用相应方法时，
所有涂覆系统必须满足粘结要求。除非另有规定，干膜厚度将确定所需的导向器或工具。如果由于
尺寸和/或形状约束导致（一般发生在小零件上）两种方法都不适用的话，相关责任工程师将裁决此
项试验是否适用。
