1SCOPE.

1.1Thisstandardestablishesconformancetestproceduresforthelockingabilityperformanceof

prevailingtorquetypelockscrewswhichutilizeanonmetalliclockingelement(hereinaftercalledlock

screw).

NOTE:LOCKisagenerictermusedtoidentifytheexternallythreadedproductscoveredinthis

standard.Thetermslockandlockingarenotintendedtoimplyanindefinitepermanencyoffixity.

1、范围

1.1本标准说明了非金属锁紧的自锁螺栓的锁紧性能测量流程。

注：在本标准中，锁是用来识别外螺纹产品的一般术语。术语锁和锁定不是指稳定性的不确定长久性。

1.2Theprevailingtorquevaluesgiveninthisstandardareconformancerequirementsforlockscrews

andapplyonlytothecombinationoftestconditionsdescribedinthelockingabilitytestprocedures4.2

or4.3.Iftheconditionsoftheactualserviceapplicationdifferfromthoseof4.2or4.3(e.g.,internally

threadedholeinadifferentmaterial,lengthofthreadengagement,classofinternalthreadtolerance,

speedofdriving,differentplatingorcoatingonscrewormatingpart)theprevailingtoquevaluesmay

differ.Suchvaluescanonlybedeterminedthroughtestingthelockscrewinitsapplication.

1.2本标准中给出的有效扭矩值同样适用于自锁螺栓并且仅适用于锁紧能力测试流程4.2或4.3中描述

的测试情况。如果实际的使用情况和4.2或4.3中不同（例如：内螺纹材料不同，特定的螺纹长度，内螺

纹公差等级，拧紧速度，螺纹或配合处不同的电镀或涂覆工艺），可能将导致有效扭矩值不同。只有根

据具体情况对自锁螺栓进行测试，获取扭矩值。
