1．Scope
Thisspecificationestablishesadhesiveperformancerequirementsandtheproceduresto
determinethelockingabilityofpreappliedadhesivecoatingsonexternallythreadedfasteners.
Thisspecificationiswrittenforthepurposeofidentifyingandcontrollingkeymaterialpropertiesof
adhesivecoatedexternallythreadedfasteners.
1.范围
本标准适用于涂胶性能要求和确定外螺纹紧固件预涂胶的锁紧力，目的是识别和控制涂胶的关键材
料特性。
1.1MaterialDescription.Twogradesofmaterialarecoveredbythisspecification.Inadditiontothe
regulargrade,thisspecificationdescribesatemperatureresistantmaterialthatretainslocking
abilityat200°C,whilealsoconformingtotheregularrequirementsofthisspecification.
1.1材料。本标准包含两种等级的材料。除一般等级外，本标准规定了耐高温材料，这种材料保证在
200°C条件下能保证具有锁紧力，并符合一般要求。

1.2TypicalApplication.Thisspecificationisforexternallythreadedfastenersthatrequirea
preappliedadhesiveforchemicallockingtopreventselflooseningduetoshockandvibration.
Fastenerswiththesematerialsshallnotbereused.AthirdGMpreappliedthreadlocking
specification,GM6124M,isavailableforfastenersthatrequirelowerthreadlockingperformance.
1.2典型应用。预涂复胶层具有化学锁紧效果，可以预防因冲击和振动带来的松动。采用上述材料
的紧固件不能重复使用。通用预涂复螺纹锁紧标准，GM6124M,适用于要求偏低锁紧性能的紧固
件。
