1.Scope.Thisstandardcoversthemechanicalandmaterialrequirementsforsixpropertyclassesof
carbonandalloysteelexternallythreadedmetricfastenersinnominalthreaddiameterM1.6toM36,
inclusive,suitableforuseingeneralengineeringapplications.Productsincludedarebolts,screw,studs,
u-boltsandsemsandhardnessofHRC39max.Tappingscrews,threadrollingscrews,selfdrilling
tappingscrewsandset-screwsareNOTincluded.
1.范围。本标准包含了公称螺栓直径为M16-M36的公制紧固件，碳钢和合金钢六个性能等级的机
械和材料要求。并适用与大多数工程应用，产品包括螺栓，螺钉，大头钉，U型螺栓，最高硬
度为HRC39。自攻钉，滚丝钉，自钻自攻钉和定位螺钉不包括在其内。

“U-bolt”isalsoimplied.U-boltscoveredbythisstandardarethoseusedprimaryinthesuspensionand
relatedareaofvehicles.(Designersshouldrecognizethatthe“U”configurationmaynotsustainaload
equivalenttotwoboltsorstudofthesamesizeandgrade,thusactualloadcarryingcapacityofU-bolt
shouldbedeterminedbysaddleloadtests).
1．2为了规范的目的，本标准中把U型螺栓作为螺柱。但是，词语“螺柱”也表示“U型螺栓”。
本标准中的U型螺栓指的是汽车的悬置和相关区域。（设计者确认U型结构不能承受相当于两个相
同尺寸和等级的螺栓或螺柱，因此U型螺栓的实际承载能力由鞍载荷试验决定）。
