Westarthikingafteranutritiousbreakfast.Today,hemountainpassofWarmiWanusca,whichsitsataquiteliterallybreathtaking4,200metersabovesealevel,isthehighestpointalongourroute.WealsovisittheroundruinsofRunkurakayandthoseofSayacmarca,accessedupsteepstairsandcampthenightatpacasmayo.Totaldistancehiked:ninekilometers.

Afterbreakfast,weheadofftowardsRunkurakaytocrossasecondhighAndeanpass,thistimesituatedat3,800metersabovesealevel,WewillthendescendtoSayacmarca,animportantarcheologicalsitewherewewillhaveafillinglunchtoprepareusforthehiketoWinayWayna.Wespendourthirdandfinalnightonthetrail
